The French Frequency Agency (ANFR) published a summary of all RF field measurements made in France between 2004 and 2007 by accredited labs. Average levels remain below 2% of the regulatory limit (ICNIRP) with more than 75% of the measurements less than 2% of the limit for all frequency bands.
